Youtube-music-desktop is available as an AppImage which means 'one app = one file', which you can download and run on your Linux system while you don't need a package manager and nothing gets changed in your system. So YouTube Music pays $0.008 and next is Apple Music which pays $0.005 per stream. Anyhow Napster, Tidal and Amazon Music are best in terms of paying to artists. Still it doesn't change the fact that YouTube Music app sucks in usability comparing to GPM.
